I made a tutorial on how to make a glitchy photo effect. This effect is pretty popular and I can see why as it looks pretty cool and is really easy to do. It definitely makes pictures look super interesting. Below is the image I made and the tutorial.

For my last project, I chose to make a variation on a digital illustration. I made a poster for The Mandalorian Season 2 inspired by the posters that Drew Struzan made. I mostly a combination of many different filters to get the look I wanted. The airbrushed comes mostly from the oil paint filter and adding different overlays of different lighting. My project was made using Photoshop. These posters were also inspired by Struzan's work on Star Wars. They were made by u/theyoungtook on Reddit. The official Stranger Things poster is also inspired by Struzan. This poster was made by Kyle Lambert and has seen lots of use on merchandise and advertising. If you want to try something like this out yourself, you can use this tutorial by Spoon Graphics to help you get started. I used this tutorial to make my poster. Images Used:

TinkerCAD is a 3D design program you can use to create pretty much anything you want. The only thing you need is an account and some patience. The main way to create things on TinkerCAD is by using shapes. You can choose from lots of different shapes to create objects. You can even group and negate parts from shapes. I made R2-D2 from Star Wars. He's made of over a hundred pieces, most of them merged together. Once you get the hang of the software, it's very easy to use. Here's a video to help you get started on TinkerCAD. My podcast is a movie review of The Empire Strikes Back. I recorded this podcast with my friend Max last night. It's about 13 minutes long and we just discuss what makes it good and what we liked about it. Tik Tok is a social media platform that focuses on short videos. Roughly 1 million videos are watched per day on Tik Tok. My video is a short showcase of various facts about the Star Wars movies. Tik Tok wasnt working for me so I used the app Kinemaster to edit a short video. I don't use Tik Tok often but my favourite account is pudgywoke. I like it because it centers around a weird little dog who makes strange noises and it's really funny for some reason. My animation is an informative piece on the subject of mental illness and mental health. It has a run-time of one minute and 16 seconds. I hope you enjoy it! My animation project is going to be an educational message on mental illness. My art style is going to be simplistic yet expressive, using simplistic faces and semi-detailed bodies.
